*Beautiful Girl Minerals is not set up to accept mail or phone orders.  We accept website orders only via our online secure verified shopping cart system.

Credit Card/PayPal Orders
Beautiful Girl Minerals™ accepts all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), PayPal instant bank transfers, existing funds and e-check payments from PayPal account holders.  All payments are processed through a secure server.  A valid Card Verification Value Code must be provided for credit card payments.  This is the three-digit code on the back of your credit card in the signature box. American Express will have a four-digit code on the front.  This is a safety measure to help protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use.

NOTE: Orders paid for via e-Check will be held until we receive notification from PayPal that funds have cleared. Usually takes 4-10 days to clear.

Transaction Security

Beautiful Girl Minerals does not process your credit card on the Beautiful Girl Minerals website.  The entire credit card transaction is done by by PayPal Corp.  All of PayPal transactions from our website are protected by high levels of encryption with the use of firewalls, as well as other protective measures to ensure that your private information is completely secure during the transaction.  Credit card information is not seen or held by Beautiful Girl Minerals.  All information held by Beautiful Girl Minerals and PayPal is held as strictly confidential. 

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days, however from time to time, especially during sales and holidays, order preparation may exceed this time frame.  **PLEASE take note of the order processing time frames listed on our home page.** All of our products are created in small batches and packaged when your order is received. Orders are processed on weekdays only (Monday through Friday), excluding USPS holidays.  Please note:  Orders are processed in the order they are received.

***NOTE:  Our processing time is how long it takes us to create our products and due to other orders currently being filled. ***

Customers will receive an e-mail order summary shortly after placing their order.  A separate confirmation will be emailed when the order has been shipped.  Please check and make sure that the email address you use when placing your order is valid and is able to accept emails from orders@bgminerals.com. 

Note:  Customers may need to check their Bulk Mail, Spam, or Junk Mail folders for order confirmations and correspondences from Beautiful Girl Minerals™.

Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting and double check your email receipt for accuracy.  If something appears to be an error in your order, we will contact you via email for verification.  Order changes and cancellations must be emailed to orders@bgminerals.com as soon as possible, and no later than 3 hours after the order was placed.  Orders may be processed on the same day of receipt.  We do not guarantee that we will be able to make changes or cancellations prior to shipment.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped within the state of New York.  All orders with a New York shipping address will be assessed 8.625% sales tax on the entire order (including shipping/handling).

Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS and FedEx.  All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail.  Delivery confirmation is used on all packages and we rely on this service as means of showing an order as being delivered.  If the delivery confirmation tracking numbers shows the package being delivered to its destination address, we cannot be held responsible for your order.

U.S. Customers**
Sample baggie orders $1.75;  For all other orders:  First class shipping $4.00 ~ with a 2-9 day delivery time; or Priority shipping for $6.00, with a 2-3 day delivery time.   FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00.

Canadian Customers**
Sample Baggie orders $3.00; For all other orders: First class shipping for $4.50, with a 4-10 day delivery time FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00.  Insurance is an additional $2. 

International Customers**
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International
Sample Baggie orders $4.50;  For all other orders:  $7.50.  FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00.

**ATTENTION CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**  All international customers are given the option to ship with or without insurance.  For your protection, we strongly recommend you choose this option.  We are unable to track international packages therefore we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered, unless insurance is purchased.  This option is available at checkout.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, we (Beautiful Girl Minerals) will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages and we will not issue a refund or reship your order. 

If you do purchase insurance, you will be eligible for a replacement in the event your package is lost.

You must wait a minimum of 45 days and a maximum of 180 days (from the shipping date) to contact us about a package not received.  After 45 days, a claim can be made.

By ordering from our website, you agree that you will not hold us responsible for an order if you do not purchase insurance. 

Please note:  Various countries have prohibitions and restrictions that may prevent us from being able to ship to your country. It is recommended that you verify that the merchandise that you are ordering can be shipped to your country. The United States Postal Office maintains a list of Restrictions by Country that you can reference.

There is no delivery confirmation available for international orders, therefore  we are unable to track shipments, or to retrieve shipments seized by customs.  Packages are usually delivered within 5-15 business days following the ship date, however please allow up to 45 days for delivery once it ships from our facility.  Refunds will not be processed for orders that have been shipped.

Customs
Beautiful Girl Minerals™ is required by law to complete a customs form and properly identify the contents and value of your package.  We will not mislabel package contents, mark any package as a "gift," nor list a false value of the package contents. 

Customs fees/Duty charges: International shipments may be subject to local customs and duty charges by your government.   Please make sure that you are aware of all of the fees and duties associated with receiving your package prior to ordering.   Beautiful Girl Minerals™ is not responsible for any shipping delays or Customs/Import taxes that may be imposed.

Beautiful Girl Minerals™ is not responsible for packages that are delayed during transit.  We do not guarantee delivery by any date and cannot be held liable if your package arrives late due to weather delays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, packages misplaced or lost by carriers or packages left in/at mailboxes or at doorsteps, holidays or other reasons caused by the USPS.  We are not responsible for packages left at a residence or mailbox by any carrier.

Address Verification
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address they submit during the checkout process is correct and valid, with no errors or incomplete information.  Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer in the checkout process.

Return Policy
Beautiful Girl Minerals™ offers affordable samples of all mineral makeup, so that you may try the products before purchasing full size. Due to FDA regulations, returns are NOT accepted, even in the case of unopened, sealed products.  Unauthorized or fraudulent returns will be thrown away and no credit will be issued.

Your business is very important to us.  If you receive a defective item, please e-mail us at admin@bgminerals.com and we will resolve the issue. Before sending back any item, please e-mail us for verification of the return.  Thank you for your understanding.

Gift Certificate Rules and Regulations
Gift certificates must be redeemed through Beautiful Girl Minerals toward the purchase of products listed in Beautiful Girl Minerals online boutique.  Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.  If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a valid credit card.

Gift certificates and their use are subject to the Beautiful Girl Minerals Policies and Privacy Policy.

Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issuance.  Expiation date does not apply in any states where prohibited by law.

Notification of changes to our Policies
We reserve the right to revise our Customer Service and Privacy Policies as needed.  Any changes or revisions to the Beautiful Girl Minerals policies will be posted here.  We reserve the right to make changes at any time without notifying you, the customer.  We suggest that you periodically consult this section.
