We are unable to track international packages therefore we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered, unless insurance is purchased. If your order total is below $30.00, this option is available at checkout. If you choose not to purchase insurance, we (Beautiful Girl Minerals) will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages and we will not issue a refund or reship your order. If you do purchase insurance, you will be eligible for a replacement in the event your package is lost. You must wait a minimum of 45 days and a maximum of 180 days (from the shipping date) to contact us about a package not received. After 45 days, a claim can be made.
